Energy House Labs is excited to announce the release of a new open-access dataset featuring two zero-carbon ready homes, tested in our state-of-the-art environmental chambers at Energy House 2.0. This advanced facility allows for precise control of temperature (from -20°C to 40°C) and humidity, providing optimal testing conditions.
The dataset includes floor and elevation plans, detailed construction data, and testing conditions for two innovative homes: The Future Home (Bellway) and eHome2 (Saint Gobain/Barratt). This valuable resource is now available for researchers and industry professionals, enabling them to model these homes in their preferred software and further advance low-carbon building design.
