We were delighted to welcome The Times to Energy House Labs recently. Their team visited our state-of-the-art facilities to see first-hand how we test and research home heating technologies in real-world conditions.
The article highlights that with 9 in 10 UK homes still heated by gas or oil boilers, heat pumps are seen as a key component of the government’s net zero plans. Despite their widespread success in colder countries, public scepticism remains, making independent research and testing increasingly important.
During their visit, our team showcased how Energy House 2.0 provides rigorous, evidence-based testing to support households, industry, and policymakers in making informed decisions about the future of low-carbon heating.
