We’re pleased to share that Energy House Labs, in partnership with the Energy Innovation Agency, has been shortlisted in the Most Innovative Partnership category at the Building Innovation Awards 2025.

The nomination recognises our joint work on the Future Homes project, part of the UKRI Innovation Accelerator programme, which helps start-ups and SMEs bring low-carbon solutions to market by combining rigorous testing with tailored commercial support.

Professor Will Swan, Director of Energy House Labs and Board Member of the Energy Innovation Agency, said:

“The development of the partnership with the Energy Innovation Agency has been integral to the way we work at Energy House Labs. Our work with start-ups shows them how well their innovations work but getting to market is much more complex than just having a good product. The Energy Innovation Agency works with us to provide the holistic support innovators need to take the next steps in building their businesses.”

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 30 September 2025 at the National Conference Centre, Birmingham.
